Annual Good Roads Meeting

Secretary Brownell of the South Dakota Good Roads Association has sent notices to the press of the state fixing the date for the Annual Meeting of the State Good Roads Association for the evening of February 11th at Aberdeen.

The annual meeting this year will be held in connection with the Conservation and Development Congress and is to be held as one section of the congress.

The fact that the meeting is being held in connection with the Conservation Congress and with Aberdeen's Annual Alfalfa and Corn Show promises an unusually large attendance.

Speaking of the coming meeting, Mr. Brownell said, "It is quite important that every man interested in the furtherance of the Good Roads Cause in this State, should make an effort to attend the meeting. I have just had a letter from President Parmley, of the State Association, asking me to urge every Good Roads enthusiast to be present. Matters of importance will be taken up at this meeting and ways and means for increasing the general interest in Road improvement will be discussed.

"An interesting program has been arranged, which will include Mr. Issenbuth, Chairman of th State Highway Commission, and it is expected that from this co-operation cooperation much good will result. Details of the program will be announced shortly."
