The Wave is not familiar with the calf feature of Lake Andes fame, but that too little of the right kind of advertising or publicity is done for the town is true. Yet there are some things quietly moving that will advertise themselves when fully developed. And again, Lake Andes has in a year and a half accomplished more than Vermillion did in its first twenty years.
