Kimball Graphic: Accompanied by L. G. Conant and Clate Miller, the old wheel-hoss of this great family journal was able for the first time in four months to turn his joy wagon toward Lake Andes Saturday and mingle with the scenery somewhat. Aside from the pleasure of traveling over the bulliest road a hilarity cart ever negotiated, between Platte and the lake, the trip yielded not much. The shooting was punk and the fishing punkier. Like the old fellow who drove his hogs to market and lost them all one by one by the road side—we had a darned good drive out of it anyway. The lake is lower than for several years—the four big artesian wells not being able to maintain the level.
